He has served as General Manager and Project Manager in various companies in the real estate and construction sector, directing and executing projects totaling 580,000 m2 in significant national companies such as Constructora Armas, Constructora Novatec from the Salfacorp group. Past President of the innovation subcommittee of the CCHC, during the periods 2011 to 2013, in support of the board of the Real Estate Committee.
Andrés Nuñez Retamal
Civil Engineer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, Managing Partner of VSM Engineering and Construction, with more than 20 years of experience in the Construction and Real Estate industry. He has served as Operations Manager, Project Manager, and Contracts Administrator in various companies in the sector, directing and executing projects for more than 600,000 m2 in significant national companies such as Constructora Simonetti, Constructora Armas, Constructora Novatec of the Salfacorp group, and Tecsa.
